RETURNS

Vivir Home requires a return request form to be completed for all returns. To initiate a return, we kindly request that you fill out THIS FORM. Any merchandise returned without an approved return request form will not be accepted.

For approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return items to our trusted vendor’s warehouse. Upon receipt of the products at their facility, their dedicated team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. Products must be unused to be eligible for a return. Accepted returns are issued as store credit and processed promptly once the vendor approves the return.

Items eligible for store credit or exchange include those that arrive damaged if notified within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up.

DAMAGES

Our trusted vendors prioritize the careful inspection and packaging of each order before it's entrusted to a freight carrier. To ensure the utmost satisfaction with your delivery, please adhere to the following procedure diligently:

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery driver.

Notify your carrier immediately to report any damage or shortage observed during the inspection process. It's crucial to note any freight damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in a loss on your part. If necessary, refrain from releasing the delivery driver and sign the delivery receipt "Subject to inspection" to safeguard against potential losses.

In the event of damage or shortage, retain the carton and packing materials for further evaluation.

It's essential to thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any damage or defects to our customer experience team within 48 hours of receiving your order a this allows us to promptly file a damage claim with our manufacturer(s) and document it in your delivery records.

While damages during transit or manufacturing defects are rare, they can occasionally occur. Please notify Vivir Home immediately to report any damage or shortage by filling out THIS FORM.

Additionally, attach multiple clear, in-focus photos of the damaged product and any damages to the original packaging, including the box it arrived in. Please ensure the photos are comprehensive and clearly show the reported damages, as this information is crucial for processing your claim. Photographs will be required to validate a damage claim and determine the most appropriate course of action for resolution.

Please be aware that natural and organic materials, such as wooden pieces, may exhibit variations and imperfections that contribute to the character of the piece. These variations can occur during manufacturing or as the item adjusts to the temperature and humidity of your home environment. They are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or damage claims.

When submitting a request for a damage claim, we kindly ask that you communicate with our customer service representatives with kindness and respect. They are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

CANCELATIONS

Should you need to cancel an order or item, we kindly request that you fill out THIS FORM within 24 hours of your order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours and are subject to the final sale policy. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we want to ensure that your cancellation request is handled with care and efficiency. Please note that no orders will be considered canceled without written confirmation from Vivir Home.

In the event that a cancellation is approved and the order is ready to ship, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. If an order has already been shipped and a cancellation request has been approved, a restocking fee of 30% plus all freight charges will be billed.

CANCELLATION OF A BACKORDERED ITEM

Any items available for backorder will be clearly marked as such. If you need to cancel a backordered item, please do so within 48 hours of placing the original order. This policy applies exclusively to backordered items and does not extend to made-to-order pieces. To cancel an order, kindly reach out to our customer service team through THIS FORM and they'll be happy to assist you.

Please note that if you choose to cancel a backordered item to take advantage of a promotional price for a new order, your originally ordered piece will no longer be reserved. We want to ensure transparency and fairness in our cancellation process while providing you with the best possible service.
