CUSTOMS & DUTIES

As an international customer, it's important to be aware of your responsibility for any import taxes, duties, carrier fees, and custom declarations associated with your order. We want to ensure full transparency and compliance with international regulations, so you may be contacted prior to or on delivery to arrange payment for any applicable fees.

In the event of rejected orders due to customs and duties, they will be returned to our warehouse at your expense. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit. However, please note that refund amounts will be adjusted to account for return shipping costs, duties, brokerage fees, and a 30% restocking fee.

If a refund is applicable, we will process it promptly within 10 business days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
